What's in a name? Actually..a lot. There is a ton of thinking about names on the parents' part as they give their bundle of joy an identity the child will use its entire life. Some parents don't have to think too hard about names.

They might have family names that have been handed down through the generations. Parents might use the name of someone special in their lives that they want to honor.

Or you might be one of those parents who want to push the envelope and name your child something trendy or a word you made up. But there are a few names that you have to stay away from if you live in Arkansas. Some of these names are banned all across the county and others just here in the Natural State.

Here are a few names that are Big No No's and for good reason. According to USbirthcertificates.com, a few names have been deemed illegal or banned by courts here in the states.

Did someone really think that naming a sweet baby after one of the most evil men in history was a good idea? It seems that someone did try and the courts said....'No'. This is a Big No for obvious reasons.

According to thebump.com, in Arkansas, you can use apostrophes, hyphens and spaces in a name, but not consecutively. Arkansas' state computer system will freak and spit out these names:
