One lucky man in Arkansas just won the Grand Prize in the Lucky for Life game from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, do you think $5.75 Million might make a difference in his life? You would be correct.

We would like to tell you his name but the Pulasky County resident elected to stay anonymous when he came into the Claim Center in Little Rock.

The Arkansan ordered the winning ticket using the Jackpocket mobile app for the September 12 drawing and hit the big one with these winning numbers;

3, 11, 13, 26 and 45, with Lucky Ball 13.

He won the jackpot by matching all five numbers plus the Lucky Ball.

According to Lottery Officials, he played a special set of numbers which included his birthday (11/3), he then used the age difference between he and his wife, the street
number of two previous addresses (13), his age when he lost his father (26), and his age when his son was born (45).

He put a lot of thought into those numbers and obviously, it worked.

After the drawing, the Jackpocket App sent the winner an email notifying him that he had won the $5.75 million prize. He did not see that notice until the next day.

In this game the player had the choice of selecting their prize, either $7,000 a week for life, or the cash option of $5.75 million. The 64-year-old winner wisely selected the cash option and took home $4,099,750 after taxes. Mr. Lucky we will call him, is now the 99th person who has won a lottery prize worth $1 million or more in Arkansas since 2009.

Mr. Lucky said he quit his job and wants his wife to do the same.

What would you do?

Congratulations Mr. Lucky! Enjoy your retirement.
