Governor Sanders Praises the Guard’s Service

Governor Sanders praised the deployment, noting the Guard’s ongoing role in both state and national service.

“Arkansas’ Guardsmen are there when we need them — whether it’s to deploy overseas, help secure the border, respond to disasters, or assist in keeping our nation’s capital safe,” she said.

Adjutant General Commends Soldiers’ Readiness

Brig. Gen. Chad Bridges, Adjutant General of Arkansas, said the soldiers will be ready to integrate with their D.C. counterparts.

“These Guardsmen bring exceptional training, discipline, and professionalism,” Bridges said. “The Arkansas National Guard stands ready to serve our state and nation when called, at home, across the country, and overseas.”
