Arkansas Gas Prices are Dropping Just in Time for Labor Day Weekend
Many Americans will be hitting the road this Labor Day weekend for one last summer outing as the season comes to a close.

If you are planning on traveling to Arkansas gas prices are coming down just in time for the long Labor Day holiday weekend.
According to a report from KNWA - Fox 24, gas prices have dropped by eight cents in the previous week and average around $3.00 per gallon. The cheapest gas in the state was $2.63 per gallon found on the website GasBuddy. The most expensive was $ 3.39 per gallon in the natural state.
According to officials from GasBuddy, Little Rock, and Memphis have seen a substantial drop in gas prices, now is the time to enjoy a road trip with gas prices on the decline across much of the United States.
One of Arkansas' favorite travel destinations is Hot Springs and the lowest there is $2.85 per gallon at a Valero gas station.
In Texarkana, the Shell EZ Mart on State Line is showing $2.69 per gallon as of 8-27-24.
What about Texas?
As for the state of Texas, the cheapest gas today was found in San Antonio at a Chevron $2.45 per gallon.
