Is The Scare Capital of Arkansas Magic Springs? You Be The Judge
Magic Springs Theme and Water Park will open for Magic Screams, the Scare Capital of Arkansas, on Saturday, September 28. Hours are Saturdays from noon to 11 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 9 p.m. through Sunday, November 3, 2019.
Magic Screams will feature several all-new haunted attractions for 2019 and many family favorites such as a Family Movie Series, contests including Pumpkin Roll, Mummy Wrap and costume contests for all ages and more!
Opening day is September 28, which will include a blood drive presented by the Arkansas Blood Institute featuring appearances by Dracula. All blood donors during this day will be given a free daily admission ticket valid for a one-time return visit during Magic Screams 2019. Other special events that day include the Dead Legends karaoke contest and the first night of the Family Movie Series according to the Press Release.
“This is going to be the best and scariest Magic Screams yet,” said Jack Bateman, general manager of the park. “Our new extended hours and days combined with more to see and do will satisfy families and thrill-seekers alike!”
New haunted attractions include Illusion Confusion and the Inflatable Corn Maze for children, CarnEvil #9 3D Scream Vision Experience, and ExitTrance 2.0: Psychedelic Journey to the “Other Side” for those looking for a big scare factor. Magic Screams will also be bringing back favorites like Wasteland and The LAST RIDE: Zombie Hunt Adventure.
Magic Screams will again offer the popular Family Movie Series every weekend with a wide variety of PG-rated Halloween classics and new favorites! All movies will begin at 7 p.m. at the Split Rock Grill.
