Hotel Grim’s Sign Lighting Ceremony

It really is happening. We've seen the construction work start to happen at the Hotel Grim over the past few months. Now, there is even more evidence that the renovations of this historic hotel is really happening. Get ready for the Hotel Grim's Sign Lighting Ceremony.

The Sign Lighting Ceremony will take place Tuesday, January 21 at the Perot Theater at 221 Main Street in Texarkana, Texas from 5:30PM to 7:30PM. A reception will follow at Pecan Point Gastropub and Brewery.

The Hotel Grim Apartments will have 93 apartments available from studio to 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans.

Owned by the Cohen-Esrey Development Group. The project is expected to open in the spring of 2021.
