Wow! This is big! Texas Governor Greg Abbott sent a letter today to the Texas Rangers baseball organization declining the invitation to throw out the first pitch at their home opening game. Abbott stated how he really feels about the MLB's stance on Georgia's new election laws and how he wishes the team the best but will no longer be a part of any event held by Major League Baseball.

If you are a baseball fan, this is big. Actually, this is a huge story no matter how you see it.

In the letter above he states how he was looking forward to the first pitch but he would not participate in any event held by Major League Baseball and on top of that he promised that the state of Texas would not be hosting an All-Star Game or any other events held by the MLB. He did wish the team the best and still has a deep respect for the team.

How do you feel about this? Will you go to any MBL games or events because of them pulling out of Georgia because of new voter laws?
