COVID-19 Texarkana Area Update for Friday, July 24

Bowie County Emergency Operations Center reports a total of 557 positive COVID-19 cases, with 259 recoveries and 35 related deaths. There are currently 264 active cases being traced in Bowie County.

Cass County has a total of 105 cases with 50 recoveries, 2 deaths and currently 53 active cases.

Miller County has 385 total cases, 71 active positive cases, 3362 negative results, 312 recovered and 2 deaths. (Updated 7/24/20)

The Bowie County/Texarkana, Texas Joint Operations Center is still conducting contact tracing on positive cases, so if you test positive for COVID-19, or are a healthcare provider that conducts COVID testing, please notify the Local Health Authority at (903) 255-5560.
