City May Reach $250,000 Incentive Agreement with Alcoa
One of the items on the agenda for Monday's 6PM Texarkana, Texas City Council meeting will be second briefing for a resolution that would call on the city manager to enter into an incentive agreement with Alcoa Inc., in an amount not to exceed $250,000.
Alcoa recently announced plans to partially re-open the shuttered Texarkana plant and bring roughly 80 jobs back to the community.
