Kraft Heinz has announced a voluntary recall of over 5000 cases of Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Blend beverages.

This recall comes after a diluted cleaning solution, normally used on the food processing equipment, was inadvertently introduced into a production line at one of their factories. Only the Wild Cherry flavored Capri Sun products are affected.

The “Best When Used By” date on the products is June 25, 2023.

Kraft Heinz says the issue was discovered after they received several consumer complaints about the taste of the affected product. The Company is actively working with its retail partners and distributors to remove any and all products from circulation that may have been affected.

Consumers who have purchased these items should not consume the product, instead, the company asks that you please return it to the store where it was purchased. for a refund.

Consumers can contact Kraft Heinz from 9 AM to 6 PM ET, Monday through Friday, at 1-800-280-8252 to see if a product they have is part of the recall and to receive reimbursement.
