The FBI’s Little Rock Field Office is seeking information from the public about an Arkansas resident who went to Mexico to visit his girlfriend and has not been seen since March 29, 2021. Luis Davila who was 31 years old at the time of his disappearance, is from Bentonville, Arkansas, and was in Mexico visiting his girlfriend near Monterrey. Luis was last seen near Monterrey,  Mexico

Tracy Owana Jones was last seen alive on November 15, 2006. Tracy was known to sell magazines at a Pilot Truck Stop and Petro Shopping Center near the Galloway exit on Interstate 40 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. On November 26, 2006, the Memphis Police Department found Tracy's body in a semi-wooded area on the side of the road.

Wanted for his alleged involvement with a drug-trafficking organization in Arkansas from 2011 to 2013. Trice was allegedly a mid-level cocaine distributor who purchased cocaine from the organization's leaders and distributed the cocaine throughout the central Arkansas area.

On November 21, 1998, Roger Dale Parham was arrested for rape involving a minor. He was subsequently released on bond with conditions, by the Circuit Court of Sebastian County, Arkansas, Fort Smith District. Parham's bond was revoked after he failed to appear on the charge of rape.

Parham is described as being very charming. Parham reportedly has an interest in photography as well as fixing and selling antiques. He prefers odd jobs so that he can get paid in cash. Parham is believed to have fled the state of Arkansas. He may have traveled to Mexico.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Idalia Ramos-Rangel.

Idalia Ramos-Rangel has been wanted for her alleged involvement with drug trafficking from Mexico to the United States since the mid-1980s. It is alleged that Ramos-Rangel, a high-ranking member of the Gulf Cartel, directs a drug-trafficking organization based in Matamoros, Mexico. That organization allegedly is responsible for the delivery of more than one-hundred kilograms of cocaine in Arkansas.

Jose Antonio Barroso is wanted for his alleged involvement in the rape of a young girl in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The rape allegedly occurred from the time the victim was five years old until she was eleven years old when it was reported. Barroso is believed to be in the Guadalajara, Mexico, area.
