A List of the 10 Greatest Movie Comedies Ever

A website called PopMatters compiled a list of the 10 greatest movie comedies of all time.  That's basically an impossible task, of course... and also pretty much a guarantee that EVERYONE is going to think you're an idiot.

But they tried anyway, and this is the result.  Their main goal for the list was to find classic comedies whose humor has held up across generations... so there's nothing made after 1999.  Here's the full top 10:
