Out in El Paso, a West Texas prosecutor is saying that Willie Nelson can resolve his marijuana possession charges if he will plead guilty, pay a fine, and sing "Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain"  for the court.

The County Attorney, Kit Bramblett told the Associated Press on Friday that those are the penalties he recommended to Hudspeth County's judge Becky Dean-Walker. Bramblett said the judge specifically demands that Willie appear in person, and not plead by mail, which is a fairly common procedure in these type of cases.
