The Rolling Stones have posted a trailer for their upcoming DVD, Summer Sun — Hyde Park Live on their official website. “I never thought that we’d play Hyde Park again,” says a pensive Mick Jagger in the trailer.  The Stones famously first played the London park in 1969 two days after the death of founding guitarist Brian Jones.

“It’s a different feeling, playing in your hometown.” Keith Richards adds, “Coming back to Hyde Park was like a full circle being drawn and the band [was] in top form.”

The DVD captures the Stones’ performance at legendary London park on July 6 and 13.  Summer Sun — Hyde Park Live will be available on video in both traditional DVD and Blu-ray formats, as well as a audio double-disc CD.
