A Michigan woman has snagged bragging rights and more than two thousand bucks for designing a wedding dress made out of toilet paper.

Susan Brennan was named the winner of the Eighth Annual Cheap Chic Weddings Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest, which has been sponsored for the past eight years byCheap-Chic-Weddings.com and sponsored in part by Charmin. The announcement of the winner took place Friday, at a most appropriate venue: Ripley's Believe It or Not! Times Square Odditorium in New York City.

Brennan beat out more than 700 other thrifty hopefuls, who were charged with coming up with the best-looking dress possible using just TP, tape, glue and/or needle and thread.
