The Texarkana Texas Police Department report they have arrested Patricia Richardson and Rhonda Latham and charged them with Exploitation of an Elderly Person late last week.

Texarkana Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred over the weekend at an apartment complex located in the 1300 block of Pine Street.  The shooting took place early Saturday (June 13) morning.

Texarkana Texas Police were called out Monday night to reports of a single-vehicle injury crash on South Lake Dr near Garber Street. When TTPD arrived on the scene they found a motorcycle lying in the middle of the road but the rider was nowhere to be seen.

Update -  February, 24 12PM A judge set bond for Dewayne Fetner, 29, of Texarkana Texas, at $1.5 million for Intoxication Manslaughter and $750,000 for Intoxication Assault.   Fetner was arrested Saturday afternoon after a crash in the 1100 block of South Lake Drive resulted in the death of Janet Bedford, 70, of Texarkana Texas.  Fetner remains in the Bi-State Jail.

Texarkana Texas Police report making an arrest that may have solved several vehicle break-ins, a vehicle theft and residential burglary. Antwuan Campbell was arrested yesterday and charged with two counts of Burglary of a Vehicle, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, and Burglary of a Habitation. His bond is set at $75,000.

Texarkana, Texas Police have identified the elderly man struck by a vehicle on Moores Ln Wednesday night as 89-year-old Perry McKee, of Texarkana, Texas.

Texarkana Texas Police are warning the public about a number of credit card skimmers at businesses around town and surrounding areas that have been tampered with by adding a device to the skimmer and stealing your account information.

Calvin Gardner, the suspect in the double shooting that occurred early Saturday morning at the Waffle House, turned himself in to police at approximately 9PM last night Tuesday, September 17.
