You know how you can tell Christmas has arrived in Texarkana? The Junior League of Texarkana's  "Mistletoe Market" and this year's theme is Hometown Christmas.

I'm not sure what the fascination is with throwing something onto a pole, in a basket, or in a hole but humans are competitive by nature, and if there's a way we can make a game out of something, by golly we will.
