It's that time of year again! No, not Christmas, it's the time when the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame makes their big announcement concerning the 2013 inductees. The big announcement will be made tomorrow, Dec. 11, at 11:00AM Pacific.

Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea will reveal the ever-controversial list of who's in and who's not. In addition, he will also clue us all in on who will receive the Ahmet Ertegun Award, which recognizes producers, songwriters and other non-performers who have also had a major influence on rock and roll. Voting wrapped up last Monday, Dec. 3.

The full list of nominees this go round are Rush, Deep Purple, Heart, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Procol Harum, Albert King, the Paul Butterfield Blues Band, the Meters, Chic, Randy Newman, the Marvelettes, Kraftwerk, Donna Summer, Public Enemy, and N.W.A.

This year marks the first time the fans have any say in the matter with an online poll. According to the L.A. Times, Rush far and away lead the pack there. No, we're not surprised! Though probably not swaying the final vote, it's a token gesture at best. The results will be counted as a single 'fans’ ballot' for each of the top five fan favorites.

It is expected that some of the nominees will be on hand to hear the announcement first hand. Next year’s ceremony will be held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on April 18.
