The Texarkana Texas Police continues to investigate a shooting that occurred on Tuesday evening and is looking for a suspect. A warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon has been issued for Dominique Dejohn Robertson, 25, of Texarkana, Texas. The victim was treated at a local hospital and released later that night.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department arrested Cody Graf, 26, of Ashdown, Arkansas, for Deadly Conduct late last week after he pointed a gun at another motorist during a road rage incident.

Both sides of Texarkana will be participating in the 36th Annual National Night Out tomorrow night, Tuesday, October 1.  The event encourages neighbors to get to know each other and watch for illegal activities in their neighborhoods.

One week from tonight it's the 36th Annual National Night Out. It all happens Tuesday, October 1st from 6PM to 9PM. Neighborhoods across Texarkana, Arkansas and Texarkana Texas will turn on their porch lights and visiting with their neighbors.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department arrested Erin Mackenzie Megginson, 38, of Texarkana Texas, for alleged felony theft last week.  Megginson is the property manager at the Arista Apartments, where the thefts are alleged to have occurred.

Calvin Gardner, the suspect in the double shooting that occurred early Saturday morning at the Waffle House, turned himself in to police at approximately 9PM last night Tuesday, September 17.

Texarkana Texas Police need your help in locating two women who on August 29 went into two residents' rooms at a local assisted living facility and stole credit cards and jewelry.

Update on yesterday's story. The suspect from the shooting in Texarkana Tuesday night has been arrested and victims have been identified.

The Texarkana Texas Police arrested Bosnia Taylor, 20, of Texarkana, Arkansas, on Wednesday afternoon for several charges after she falsely reported that two children in her care were missing from the Walmart Supercenter, located at 4000 New Boston Road.

Last weekend's shootings were scary to watch unfold on the news.
