Last summer, two of classic rock's mainstays, Bad Company and Lynryd Skynyrd, teamed up for one of the season's most successful tours. So it makes sense that the duo are back for another round of dates.

"Last year's tour with our friends in Skynyrd was a fantastic time for all," said Bad Company singer Paul Rodgers in a press release for the tour. "We're looking forward to spending ten dates with them and our fans again this summer."

Skynyrd vocalist Johnny Van Zant echoed those sentiments, saying, “We’re looking forward to being out on tour with our friends, Bad Company. Last year was great! If you want to see good rock n roll, come check this out." Sometimes things don't have to be complicated to be right, huh? The tour kicks off in Maine before finishing up in Michigan at the end of July.

Bad Company still features original members vocalist Paul Rodgers, guitarist Mick Ralphs and drummer Simon Kirke, as well as new members Howard Leese (formerly of Heart) on guitar and Todd Ronning on bass. Meanwhile, Skynyrd founder Gary Rossington keeps the Free Bird Nation flying along with Van Zant and Rick Medlocke.
