In the last decade of his life, Levon Helm opened up his home in Woodstock, N.Y. for his Midnight Ramble concerts. Therefore, it’s fitting that it will be the site of a memorial for him. Rolling Stone is reporting that the service will take place on April 26 from 10AM to 3PM. Helm passed away on April 19 at the age of 71 after a lengthy bout with throat cancer. Friends and fans are invited to attend.
