ABC ‘Love Boat’ Cruise Ship Worthless, Sold for Scrap Metal

This Story I ran across from Genoa Italy, about Tori Spelling’s father making his billions producing popular TV shows. One of his first ones was called “Love Boat”, set on a 550-foot cruise ship. The show was cancelled decades ago (1986), and now The Sad News Is That the 600-passenger ship has seen a similar fate. It’s reportedly going to be demolished and sold for scrap metal. The scrap yard bought the hunk of garbage for about $3 million, and will certainly get its money back when it’s sold for parts. so now let’s Pause for a moment of reflection and sing together The Love Boat Theme song.
