Texarkana Man Struck by Vehicle Tuesday Night In Critical Condition
Texarkana Texas Police are reporting that a Texarkana, Texas man is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in the 1700 block of Summerhill Road about 9:30 on Tuesday night.
