Anyone that is traveling the roads in Texarkana knows that the ongoing construction is a big pain in the butt. But this road construction is a small price to pay to hopefully keep our roads safer. But I have noticed that people are driving way too fast on some of the roads in Texarkana.

Last week, we heard a story about a guy in Canada that was pulled over for speeding. He said he couldn't help it because Motley Crue's song 'Kickstart My Heart' came on the radio.
