Texarkana Texas Police are investigating what appears to be a shooting in self-defense that occurred this morning in a Texarkana apartment complex parking lot.

It's a sad reality but recent news stories about women out taking a jog and then being abducted and killed remind us all that as women we need to learn several ways to protect ourselves.

Last week, I told you about how I saw a video of Jeff's daughter testing to assist teaching women's self defense classes, and I wanted to learn self-defense, Well, I did! Jeff taught me some Krav Maga moves and I used them on Jim :)
