It is a cold, wet morning and in parts of the Texarkana area there is more than just rain there is some freezing rain and a little bit of snow.

Old Man Winter is working overtime some parts of Northern Arkansas are without power due to freezing rain and sleet that continues to push across much of the state.

UPDATE: Genoa School closed at 10 a.m. Fouke School is closing at 1 p.m. today. UACCH and UACCH-Texarkana campuses will close today at 11:00 a.m. Here are the schools that are closed today: Blevins, Ashdown, Foreman and Horatio. Schools that are delaying their start until 10 a.m. are Avery, DeKalb, New Boston, Malta and Hubbard.
