UPDATE on MISSING: Help Police Find This Elderly Man in Texarkana
UPDATE 9/14/20 at 9:30am - Mr. Baird He was located on Interstate 30 at the 213 mile marker. LifeNet is on the way now to check him out and then he will be transported back to the facility. He appears to be fine, according to TTPD Facebook page.
