The 16th annual Holiday Express of Kansas City Southern (KCS) will be rolling into Texarkana this year on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016. This lighted holiday magical train is expected to arrive in the KCS Rail yard from 4-9PM with Santa and his elves on board.
