Congratulations are in order for the Texarkana Texas Arts and Historic District as they have been awarded some funds from the Texas Commission on the Arts with funding from the National Endowment for the Arts. Bowie County Emergency Operations Center reports a total of 277 positive COVID-19 cases, with 119 recoveries and 16 related deaths. Cass County has a total of 44 cases with 36 recoveries and two deaths. Miller County has 114 total cases, 17 active positive cases, 1964 negative results, 95 recovered, 2 deaths. (Updated 6/30/20)
