Four States Fair

It's fair time. The 72nd Four States Fair and Rodeo is in full swing and so is the fair food. It's something that all of us love to check out. Some foods are a tradition that you just gotta have every year. Then there are the new foods to try as well.

The 72nd Four States Fair and Rodeo starts up Friday. There are a ton of different things to to do for everyone whether it's the exhibits, rides or the rodeo.  The one thing that everyone can agree on is the food.

The Four States Fair parade will be held on the first Saturday of the fair as usual, and at the same time as in previous years, but there is a big change in the route.

The Demolition Derby is coming Saturday, September 10, at the Four States Fairgrounds Entertainment Center. But hurry because there's a limit to how many entries will be accepted.

It was a warm muggy night at the Starz Youth Talent Show at the Four States Fair last night (9/17). A large crowd of fans, friends, and family members showed up in support of the 12 finalists vying to win the talent competition this year.

It is time to get your Four States Fair Fun Passes and get your photos taken to enjoy 10 days of unlimited rides and gate admission! With your pass to unlimited rides the fun is endless. The midway opens on Friday, Sept. 11 at 4PM. If you have your pass already, get your photos taken as soon as possible to avoid long lines.

The "Starz Youth Talent Show" is Monday, September 14, at the Four States Fair and Rodeo. If you know anyone between the ages of 8 and 20 who has a talent, tell him or her to sign up today.

Fun activities are planned all day for ages 9 to 19 at the 8th Annual Four States 4-H Day on Thursday, July 30, at the Four States Fair Ag Learning Center in Texarkana, Ark. Registration begins at 8:15 a.m. and the events start at 9:15 a.m. This is a free event for the kids.

Last night at the Starz Youth Talent Show the field was narrowed down to 9 finalists.

The 'Starz Youth Talent Show' is Monday September 15 at the 70th Annual Four States Fair and Rodeo. If you know anyone between the ages of 12 and 20 that has a talent, tell them to sign up today because the 1st place winners at the finals will win a demo CD and cover design! Launch your career!

Pig Races are new at the Four States Fairgrounds this year. Each little piggy will be wearing collegiate vests showing support for your favorite teams: Razorbacks, Longhorns, Aggies, Sooners & LSU Tigers. Swing by the racetrack in front of the AG building to root for your team.
