Texarkana, Tx City Council Meeting by Video Conference Monday
The City of Texarkana, Texas City Council meeting on Monday, July 13 will be held by video conference due to Governor Greg Abbott executive orders intended to slow the spread of COVID-19. The meeting will start at 6PM but will not take place at City Hall.
