Texas A&M University-Texarkana will be holding an emergency evacuation drill on the university’s Bringle Lake campus today, Tuesday, August 13. The drill will commence sometime between 2PM and 2:30PM and will last several hours. This drill will involve a complete evacuation of the campus.

Texas A&M University-Texarkana will be offering the We Teach Texas Leadership Fellow Scholarship to a local teacher who is starting the principal program at A&M-Texarkana this fall. Scholarship funding will pay tuition, books and certification testing up to approximately $11,500.
