(KNUE-FM) I’m fairly certain that no one in Texas woke up today saying, "I want to break the law and go to jail."

While I have never been, I have heard that going to jail in Texas is not exactly a fun experience and I will just assume that is correct. Because I never want to go.

But there are things that you could do that might get you in trouble with the law even if you’re just walking down the street.

Okay, it’s going to take more than just walking for you to be stopped by law enforcement.

They have more important things to do than just stopping someone while they’re walking.

Spending Time in a Texas Jail is NOT Fun

Just imagine you do something to break the law in Texas, and law enforcement decides it’s enough to arrest you and take you to jail.

Beyond just losing your freedom immediately, you can almost guarantee there will be court costs that you will have to pay along with any other punishment that could come down.

Which is why you need to be on your best behavior at all times.

As you can see, it doesn't take a whole lot to break the law in Texas.
