TexAmericas Center is proud to announce that one of its tenants is expanding.

Cherokee Nation Armored Solutions (CNAS), which is part of Cherokee Federal, has expanded its space at TexAmericas Center to support its growth and defense industry services. CNAS has added a new 16,000-square-foot building for storage and offices, strengthening its operations and partnerships on-site.

The Cherokee Federal companies are long-standing tenants at TexAmericas Center and are now the second largest tenants. They have four buildings that total 165,000 square feet.

Cherokee Nation Armored Solutions Now 2nd Largest Tenant at TexAmericas

Shane Mears, Site Manager of Cherokee Nation Armored Solutions stated in a press release,

We have a great working relationship with TexAmericas Center. With our increased growth and continuous effort to lease more space, TexAmericas Center has been easy to work with, treating us well and accommodating facility modifications to meet our needs.

Cherokee Federal Leases Several Properties at TexAmericas Center

Cherokee Federal operates several other leased properties at TexAmericas Center. Cherokee Nation Aerospace and Defense leases a 4,000-square-foot office with storage and parking. The Cherokee Nation Red Wing leased 19,228 square feet for light manufacturing in 2021. The Cherokee Federal footprint at TexAmericas now includes several key locations on TexAmericas Center’s Central Campus.
