Exciting big changes are on the way for the City of Hope, Arkansas. The Hope Aquatic and Recreation Center is part of an adopted Master Plan for development in the small Southwest Arkansas community, 30 miles east of Texarkana.

Hope Aquatic and Recreation Center

The Hope Aquatic and Recreation Center developers just released a 3D rendering of what it will look like when complete. The project will have an indoor competition lap pool and a therapy pool on the aquatic side.

In addition, the new center will feature indoor basketball courts, volleyball, pickleball court capability, and an elevated walking and running track on the recreation side. Families will enjoy the splash pad and pool in the outdoor area.

The Hope Aquatic and Recreation Center will be the focal point for the city and something that the community will be proud of for years to come.

Adopted Master Plan for Updates and Upgrades

As part of the Master Plan, various upgrades to the Soccer Complex, updates to the softball fields, tennis courts, and Northside Park are planned.  Additionally, walking trails connecting the Soccer Complex and Kelly-Kiwanis Field Complexes to the main part of Fair Park will also be updated. More information can be found about this project at the City of Hope website.
