One winning ticket matched all six winning numbers (7-17-23-28-39-48) in Saturday's Lotto Texas drawing. That's a payout of $78 million! The winning ticket was sold in Brownsville at Gordon's Bait and Tackle, located on Padre Island Highway.

This is only the second time this year that someone has matched all six numbers in the Lotto Texas game. On February 17, a winning ticket was purchased in Austin that was worth $83 million. The jackpot returns to $5 million for the next Lotto Texas drawing on Monday, November 17.

More Recent Huge Texas Lottery Winners

There have been quite a few big payouts recently with games from the Texas Lottery. On Thursday, November 13, a $200,000 winning ticket in the Texas Two Step game was sold at a RaceTrac in Grand Prairie. The same game produced a $250,000 winner on November 10. That winning ticket was purchased at a Chevron convenience store in Houston.

Ever heard of Bellevue, Texas? It's a small north Texas town with about 300 residents. It's also the home of the latest Cash Five winner. A ticket matching all five numbers worth $20,000 was sold at the Bellevue Mart on Saturday. The Cash Five game also produced two other $20,000 winners on Veterans Day. Those winning tickets were sold in Waskom and Garland.

On November 13, the Texas Lottery's All or Nothing game produced a $250,000 winner. That winning ticket was purchased at a Chevron convenience store in Carrollton. The odds of winning the top prize in that game are approximately 1 in 2.7 million.
