I’ve never surfed before. Heck, I can’t even get up on water skis! So yes, I watched this video in amazement!

This video is of surfer Garrett McNamara of Haleiwa, on Oahu’s North Shore.  He is now a Guinness World Records holder for riding the biggest wave.

And a big wave, it is! Wow, check out the video! Garrett looks like a tiny fly riding this 78 foot wave! Funny thing is, he almost didn’t go surfing that day!

Nina Dobrev of ‘The Vampire Diaries’ really gets our blood running. There is nothing hotter than a vampire chick. Especially when they really know how to suck…blood. You thought we were going to say something else didn’t you. You freak.

Dobrev first appeared on the TV series ‘Degrassi: The Next Generation’ and a bunch of Lifetime movies before scoring her dual roles on ‘The Vampires Diaries.’ She is a hot old vampire and also a hot young vampire. We’ll take either.

Dobrev recently made an appearance on Conan. The topic turned to yoga (when doesn’t it!) and it prompted Dobrev to do one of the hottest yoga routines in, well, ever.

We are sweating and we weren’t even working out.

In 2011, she was cast as Candace in the film adaptation of ‘The Perks of Being a Wallflower’, with  Logan Lerman, Emma Watson and Paul Rudd. Mmm…Dobrev and Emma Watson. Here is hoping for a ‘Black Swan’ type bonding experience on the screen between the vamp and the sorceress.

There have only been 15 unassisted triple plays in Major League history. This makes the instant inning killer the rarest play in all of baseball.

Although they don’t keep track of such things, it stands to reason there have been more unassisted triple plays than that on the Little League level — just given the sheer number of games played.

Nevertheless, you could watch a lot of Little League and never see a triple play, let alone an unassisted one. But we’re showing you one right here.

That heads-up shortstop is six-year-old Ross Bernath of Sandy Springs, GA. The recording was actually shot by the father of opposing player “James,” who couldn’t make it back to third base in time to prevent the rare play.

The clip went viral pretty quickly and was featured as ESPN SportsCenter’s number one play of the day on Wednesday. This thrilled little Ross, who watches SportsCenter regularly.

“He saw it this morning on ESPN and he’s been smiling ear to ear,” Ross’ dad told the Atlanta Journal Constitution. “He’s pretty pumped.”

A big story this weekend was Kurt Busch. Kurt doesn’t have a sponsor, and barely a ride at all.  This weekend he decided to run the “Ricky Bobby” scheme of the Cougar on the hood, and the theme of racing for me.  The thing is, instead of endearing Kurt to the NASCAR world, I think we just lost a little more respect for Ricky Bobby.

One of the biggest story coming out of Talladega this weekend was the Nationwide Series Aaron’s 312 that ran on Saturday.  With three laps to go, there was a major wreck involving a number of cars, but it was a most violent crash for Eric McClure, who ended up having to be cut from what was left of his car.  He was taken to the hospital and kept for observation.

When the two got together for an episode of Terry TV, we expected something very steamy. We = not disappointed. Still, we weren’t quite prepared for transpired. This video is only a minute long, but we recommend blocking off at least an hour of your day so you can watch it properly.

The “Cat Daddy” is a dance created The Rej3ctz. It’s meant to be an add-on to the “Teach Me How To Dougie” dance.

Since Upton is the most famous Dougie dancer this side of Wolf Blitzer, it would seem appropriate that she would demonstrate it. And then demonstrate it again in slow motion.

Vince Neil of Motley Crue now believes in ghosts! It took and appearance on the Travel Channel’s Ghost Adventures for him to be a believer. The episode aired last Friday and was filmed in Las Vegas.

The filming took place at the Riviera Hotel in room 908. It’s the penthouse that Frank Sinatra used when he was performing there. So, was the ghost Frank? Nah, probably just some old Vegas Showgirls.

The film centers around restored footage of the Beatles first full concert in the United States at the Washington Coliseum in Washington, D.C.

‘The Beatles: The Lost Concert’, was originally filmed for theaters, but never made it. The footage was lost for – yikes – 47 years! Wondering whose head rolled for that one!

The film also has interviews with journalists and fans that attended the concert. Plus a few artist talk about the Beatles including Steven Tyler, Joe Perry and others.

The Beatles: The Lost Concert will be shown in a limited engagement at theaters across the United States on May 17 and 22. Looks like the closest to Texarkana will be in Hot Springs? Are you kidding me? Oh, man!

They are updating theaters constantly so fingers crossed we will get it here! In the mean time? I might have to get a road trip together! The film will be shown in Dallas, Little Rock and in Hot Springs at the Central City Cinema 10 located at 909 Higdon Ferry Road.

Earlier this month, Pizza Hut in the U.K. started offering the Hot Dog Stuffed Crust Pizza. Personally, I don’t think this looks to appetizing!  What do you think? I checked their website and it’s not offered in their menu options. We can only hope this was offered for a limited time only.

Some people leave their jobs on good terms, keeping their friendships (and, of course, future references) intact, while others come up with clever ways to burn every possible bridge between themselves and their soon-to-be former employers. But Karen Cheng chose to combine the two, making a cute video of her rewrite of Don McLean‘s ‘American Pie’ to give her notice at Microsoft.

As she says in the song, Cheng, who spent three years at Microsoft working on Excel, is leaving to work for a startup in San Francisco. But she’s proud of the work she’s done and will miss Taco Fridays and drinking in the hallways with the developers (which, frankly, explains many of our problems with Excel).

This is not Cheng’s first Excel-themed song. A look through the rest of her uploaded videos reveals a two-year old clip performed in front of a collection of colleagues. Cheng sings “We all work with Excel spreadsheets” to the tune of ‘Yellow Submarine’ by the Beatles.

We wish her the best in her new career, and we’re also glad that she stopped at two verses instead of trying to re-write all of the original’s six stanzas. Then again, would it be too much of a stretch to make Bill Gates Satan instead of Mick Jagger?
