Touch A Truck Family Festival and 5K Race and Fun Run Coming in April

Get ready to load up the kids for the Texarkana Junior League' s annual Touch-A-Truck Family Festival and 5K Race and Fun Run. It all takes place Saturday April 1.

Front Street Plaza in downtown Texarkana will be the place to be. Kids have a blast at this event every year. They can get up close to all kinds of vehicles like tractors, police vehicles, fire trucks, ambulances and more. There will also be face painting, safety demonstrations, costumed characters and fun games.

The 5K race and 1 mile Fun Run will start at 8AM and the Touch-A-Truck Festival will be from 9AM to 1PM.

Admission to the festival is $3 per person or family of four is $10.Babies under 1 get in free.
