Three Bowie County Politicians Make a Party Switch
U.S. Congressman Ralph Hall was in Texarkana yesterday for a big political switch.Hall attended a reception hosted by the Bowie County Republican Party. The reception was for three new members of the Republican Party. Former Bowie County Judge James Carlow, District Attorney Jerry Rochelle, and 102nd District Judge Bobby Lockhart, all made the official change from democrats to republicans.
Switching parties is something Hall did several decades ago as he became a republican and has represented north Texas in the U.S. House of Representatives for decades.
