The New Eagles Softball Team to Host a Free Fall Showcase Saturday

Come out and watch the new Texas A&M University-Texarkana Eagles softball team as they host a double-header fall showcase this Saturday, October 7, at James Bramlett Field at Spring Lake Park in Texarkana, Texas.

According to a press release, under the leadership of Coach Marie Stone, the Eagles will be taking on on the Paris Junior College Dragons at 10AM and the Eastern Oklahoma State College Mountaineers at 12:30PM

“With the start of our newest program, softball, we are continuing to provide different avenues for future A&M-Texarkana graduates,” said Michael Galvan, director of athletics. “Coach Stone is actively pursuing strong character-driven and athletically talented student-athletes who can contribute both on and off the field of play.”
