What happens when a family of five decides to vacation in Thailand, only to be caught in the midst of a natural disaster? A spectacular new film starring Naomi Watts and Ewan McGregor examines how one family survived a horrific catastrophe.

The Impossible, directed by J.A. Bayona, is the absolutely stunning true story of the giant Indian Ocean tsunami that killed thousands in 2004. You will be drawn in by the beautiful cinematic views of Thailand and incredible camera angles that capture the loving family portrayed in the movie.

However, be prepared for a few graphic shots of the relentless devastation that impacted the people as well as the land. Not to be minimized is the account of bravery and unflinching determination made by everyone to find their loved ones.

Although this movie brought me to tears repeatedly, I couldn’t help but be inspired and reminded to always cherish every moment I have with those that I love. The Impossible is rated PG-13 and is available now on DVD and Blu-ray. Watch it today!
