The dispute between the City of Texarkana, Texas and the Forest Point Apartments continues tonight at the city council meeting.

The Texarkana Water Utilities claim the apartment complex owes them thousands of dollars in delinquent water bills, while those who run the apartment complex say they have been grossly overcharged by the water company. Council members will consider an ordinance that may place a lien on the property due to unpaid utility bills.
