Texarkana Texas City Council Meets This Evening

The Texarkana, Texas City Councvil meets this evening at City Hall starting at 6 p.m,The council will begin with a closed executive session which should be open to the public by 7 p..m.  During the regular session the council will hear a briefing concerning amending the City's traffic register by adding a new section to establish a 40 m.p.h. speed limit on University Avenue between Bringle Lake Village Drive and Schilling Road,

The council will also consider several rezoning issues and other ordinances.
