America loves its tacos! National Taco Day is coming up this Thursday, Oct. 4, and according to the website NationalTaco Day.com 4.5 billion tacos were consumed last year. Now that is a lot of tacos!

I must admit I love me some tacos. One because there so easy to make and you can throw just about any kind of meat and seafood in them and they taste great. When I make tacos, I love buying the block cheese and grating  it because to me it tastes so much fresher. I also love a soft yellow corn tortilla as opposed to a flour tortilla and for sauce I have found a brand called Frontera Taco sauce, it's seasoned just right to add perfect flavor to your hamburger meat You don't have to add any packets of seasoning unless you want to but it will probably over season it too much. Top off your taco with some lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole and add some chopped onions or cilantro if you like, and you have a meal for any type of fiesta. Oh, and don't forget the salsa! Think I'm starting to get hungry just thinking about it.
