Texarkana Arkansas City Board Meets Tonight

The Texarkana Arkansas City Board of Directors meets tonight beginning at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.

Among the agenda items will be the consideration of a resolution granting approval for the City to fill the open Finance Director position and confirm the City Manager's nomination and appointment of Lee Elliot to that position.

The board will also conduct a public hearing to receive commments regarding certification of certain delinquent taxes.

There will also be a closed executive session. The public is invited to attend the open portion of tonight's meeting.
