Sparks In The Park

It's that time of year again for the annual Sparks in the Park Saturday, June 24 at the Four States Fairgrounds in conjunction with the City of Texarkana, Arkansas.

Stack Oreos, spit seeds, blow bubbles, eat ice cream or dress up in red, white and blue. We have many contests and games planned for Sparks in the Park on Saturday, June 24, and of course, a great fireworks display to wrap up the day of fun.

Food, live music, kids' games and fireworks are awaiting you at Sparks in the Park this year. Mark your calendar for Saturday, June 24, so you don't miss it. Admission is free.

As 2016 comes to a close we though it would be fun to look back on some great and fun events we were excited to be a part of.

An estimated 30,000 people attended this year's 2016 Sparks in the Park at the Four States Fairgrounds.

Law enforcement is looking to make getting in and out of Sparks in the Park event easier and faster this year.

Bake your best apple pie or whip up your most delicious homemade ice cream to enter into the contests on Saturday at Sparks in the Park.

Sparks In the Park is Saturday at the Four States Fairgrounds and this year promises to bring a lot of new attractions.

Kids of all ages will be able to "train" to be a junior firefighter on Saturday, June 25, during Sparks in the Park at the Four States Fairgrounds. The kids will have race through an obstacle course while taking on the role of a firefighter.
