Texarkana Arkansas Police have arrested a robbery suspect in connection with several hold ups of taxi drivers.23 year old John Cheatom is charged with three counts of robbery. Authorities allege that the suspect called for a taxi, then physically restrained the driver and demanded money before fleeing on foot.
