Smurfs Suspects Surrender After 7-Eleven Attack

Four men have turned themselves in to Australian police after they dressed like Smurfs and allegedly did something very un-Smurfy to a 7-Eleven customer: beat him senseless.

The men, who painted themselves blue and wore puffy white hats like the cartoon characters, allegedly assaulted a man outside the convenience store in a suburb of Melbourne last month, after one of the blue bullies asked the victim to light a cigarette. The victim woke up in the parking lot some time later after being disoriented by the attack.

Three 19-year-olds and an 18-year-old were slapped with assault charges.
