Russians Unveil Giant iPhone Tribute to Steve Jobs

YouTUbe

Because Russians are, in general, huge fans of Apple products, and yet by and large too poor to afford them, St. Petersburg has built an iPhone big enough for all of its residents. Actually, the nearly six-foot replica is a tribute to former Apple CEO Steve Jobs, and while it can’t make calls, the replica’s interactive touch-screen display will play videos and photos of the company’s visionary leader, who died in 2011.

Budapest, Hungary and Odessa, in the Ukraine, have erected their own tributes to the tech pioneer.
