Rickey Charles Goodrich, who served as the chief financial officer for Pearl Jam‘s management company, has been charged with 33 counts of theft. Felony charges were filed in King County, Wash.

According to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, Goodrich stole $380,000 from Curtis Management between 2006 and 2010, when he was fired. Goodrich declined to comment. He is expected to enter a plea on June 28 for the 25 counts of first-degree theft and eight counts of second-degree theft.

Goodrich began working for Pearl Jam in 2005 as their accountant and moved to their management company a year later, where he took on more responsibility over  their finances. After questions about “cash flow issues” in projects with which he was involved, Kelly Curtis, the band’s manager, conducted a private investigation and uncovered all sorts of wrongdoing.

In addition to arranging several wire transfers to pay off his personal debts, which were eventually repaid, Goodrich is alleged to have charged $134,000 to the company credit card various items for himself and his family, ranging from iTunes purchases to airline tickets.

In a statement, Curtis said, “We are deeply saddened by this situation. We referred this matter to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office almost 18 months ago and are looking forward to a resolution.”
